Area Sales Manager – Sales

Job Requirement

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of our electric 3-wheeler (L3 & L5) product line in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales initiatives, analysing market trends, and fostering lasting partnerships with B2B clients to consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales efforts for the electric 3-wheeler product line in the assigned region (U.P, ASSAM, JHARKHAND & CHHATTISGARH).
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to drive brand visibility and sales.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2-3 years in sales within the electric vehicle sector, with a focus on L3 & L5 EV sales experience.
  • Education:A degree in any field is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of the electric vehicle (EV) market, particularly in the 3-wheeler segment.
    • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise sales and business development.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet performance targets.
    • Willing to travel across the area as per requirement.
